At Hotto, we take great care to ensure our spreads and products reach you fresh and in perfect condition. Since our items are food products, we follow a strict return and refund process to maintain safety and quality.

1. No Returns on Food Products
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any opened or unopened food items once delivered.
2. Replacement or Refund for Damaged / Incorrect Products
You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

The product is expired on arrival

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect product

3. Refund Process
Once your request is approved:

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit.

Refund time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
4. Cancellations

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If the order returns to us due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries caused by customer error.
6. Non-Refundable Cases
No refund/replacement will be provided if:
