Refund policy

At Hotto, we take great care to ensure our spreads and products reach you fresh and in perfect condition. Since our items are food products, we follow a strict return and refund process to maintain safety and quality.

Please read the policy below:


1. No Returns on Food Products

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of any opened or unopened food items once delivered.


2. Replacement or Refund for Damaged / Incorrect Products

You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

  • The product is damaged during transit

  • You receive a wrong item

  • The package is missing an item

  • The product is expired on arrival

How to Report an Issue

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged/incorrect product

  • A picture of the shipping label and outer box

  • Order ID and customer details

3. Refund Process

Once your request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit.

  • Refund time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.


4. Cancellations

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.


5. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

  • If the order returns to us due to an incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or failed delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.

  • Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries caused by customer error.


6. Non-Refundable Cases

No refund/replacement will be provided if:

  • The customer reports an issue after 24 hours of delivery

  • The product has been used, opened, or tampered

  • Customer does not provide required proof (photos/videos)
