1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • In case of delays due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India to all major cities and serviceable pin codes.


3. Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within:

  • 3–7 business days for metro cities

  • 5–10 business days for other locations

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the courier partner, destination, weather conditions, or festive seasons.


4. Shipping Charges

  • A standard shipping fee will be applied at checkout (if applicable).

  • Free shipping may be available during promotions or when your order meets a minimum purchase amount.


5. Order Tracking

  • After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

  • You can track the shipment status directly on the courier partner’s website.


6. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate.

  • In case of incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.

    • Re-shipping charges may apply.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your parcel arrives damaged or if any item is missing:

  1. Take clear photos/video of the parcel and product.

8. Delivery Delays

Hotto is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier partner delays

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or unforeseen events

  • Remote area delivery limitations
